Item not received and seller account disabled

Question

I'm trying to reach eBay because the seller's account has been disabled and I did not receive my product. Any help is appreciated. Product lost in transit. Seller needs to request refund from Fedex.

After contacting eBay appealing the issue, they refunded my money. Item was over a month past delivery date and confirmation of delivery was deemed fraudulent, so resolution was done with refund by eBay since seller was no longer available.

@bluefrog_lady Here is what eBay says: "What happens if I bought something from a seller who's been removed from eBay? If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller. If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps: Wait 10 days for the item to arrive. If you haven't received it within 10 days, please let us know your item hasn't arrived . If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund ."
