Item not received and refunded but then received by buyer
Buyer received a refund for item not being received. Contacted me the day after receiving the refund stating item was received and wants to make payment. How do I do this?

Please confirm the following:
-You printed the shipping label through eBay.
-The Buyer filed a claim through eBay that they did not receive the item.
-You refunded the Buyer through the eBay claim.
-Does eBay tracking now show the package was delivered and confirmed via tracking?
If all of the above apply then eBay will reimburse you for the transaction. It is a new Seller protection recently implemented. If those 4 items did not occur as described you will have to work out getting paid outside eBay. How you and the Buyer work that is up to you two. They can always send a check to the name and return address on the original shipping label.

The item was sent 1st class mail. No label was created.
I will request a personal payment from the buyer.
