Item not received and no refund

I recently ordered a couple of items . I received an order confirmation but no item. The Post Office has no record (tracking number has no info associated with it) of any such delivery. I also receive confirmation from the USPS on deliveries. They say nothing went out that day . I filed an item not received request, but since the seller has provided a tracking number saying that it was delivered, eBay says.no refund. I don't even care about the money. I would rather have what I purchased. So I contacted the gift card for a refund. No dice. So now I am without my items and was still charged. Like I said it's not the money, but the thought of not getting what you pay for . I would also like to say I've been a customer with no issue for many years now . Very disappointing ðŸ˜
