Item not received and can't speak to anyone to get a refund!

Question

somehow I managed to speak to a customer service rep a few days ago. I was going to give the seller a few more days to respond. He didn't. Now when I call the number she gave me, it's just the automated thing. Hitting zero as I was told to do didn't get me anywhere. How the hell do you speak with someone??? When I log in, I can't find it as I checked out as a guest. This is beyond ridiculous; and I will probably never use eBay again. Never have had this trouble before.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest purchase, sign out of your current eBay account, then use the order details link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest purchase.
