Item not received, also not the item listed
I purchased some Microsoft Office licenses. Originally, the item never shipped. The seller then said they had sent me codes via messages. First, this is not what was listed. they had a photo and description of an actual MS license card. codes could easily be fraudulent. Additionally, I never even received the codes. The seller has stopped replying to me. eBay apparently doesn't cover software, so I am a bit stuck.
