I have Noticed recently the sellers have been scamming buyer by sending items other than purchases ordered or dirty or even useless and Sellers have found a loop hole in how to get away with that please if you have this issue Contact a eBay Agent.

There is no way for a seller to "get away" with sending the buyer an item that is not as described as it was on the listing page. Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Buyers can file a Return Request if they receive an item other that what they ordered or "dirty" or "even useless".

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return.
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
