Item not received
I want to know why ebay closed my case for item not received. Seller issued me a duplicate tracking number and then said that my order was delivered. I filed a claim against them. Ebay said seller sent them the tracking number saying delivered, yes, to another address. Ebay closed my claim. I then filed an appeal and also sent seller the correct information that I obtained from USPS. Seller didn't respond. Ebay said I had to send Ebay letter/proof from USPS, even after ebay personnel talked directly to USPS and had it recorded. As I said I sent the requested information to ebay. They responded by closing my appeal. Saying they could do nothing for me except telling me that I had to deal with the financial entity that paid out $$$.$$. I then sent a negative feedback to ownaz_23 because of their neglect and failure to deliver and also their lack of failing to investigate their error. Now I don't see my feedback anywhere. I would like to know if anyone else has had this negative help from Ebay.

Mentor3 years agoDid the USPS document indicate that the tracking number was not associated with your address? Or was it your correct address and USPS just misdelivered it?
