Item not received
Item paid but I did not receive my package. The seller created a tracking number but the item has not been delivered to the USPS. I placed this order since August 16. I kept sending messages to the seller and he’s not responding back. I tried leaving a message to the EBay support theme and they are not responding either and it seems they are ignoring my complaint. The amount I paid was $118.00. Any help would be appreciated.

Mentor1 month agoCheck your purchase history for the last estimated delivery date for he item. Once this date passes by at least one full day and not more than 30 days you can open an "Item not received" case. The seller has three business days to prove with tracking that the item was either delivered or is still moving through the shipping carriers system. If they cannot do this then you go back and "Ask eBay to step in". eBay will then force a refund and give the seller a defect on their account.

OP1 month agoThanks for your feedback. According to the USPS, the tracking was created but the seller has not send the item or it’s not in their possession yet. I sent several messages to the seller but still not responding back to me. I already escalated my issue to the EBay customer support and they will only step in after 3 business day. This is an AI generated and it’s so frustrating to the consumers not able to talk to a live person.

That does sound frustrating.
If you've opened an Item Not Received case as advised by @jacbarcollectibles then after 72 hours, you'll be able to ask eBay to Step In and you will be refunded.
You won't need to talk to anyone. The process is handled automatically.

The seller must respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund. If the seller doesn't respond after 72 hours, ask eBay to Step In. You must do this before 21 days after the case was opened.
