Item not received
I sold an item on eBay for a large amount. I sent the item as requested by eBay to their eBay authenticator,. I used the prepaid label they provided, but the item was never received by the buyer.. the item was in the United States post office possession and now’ lost in transit ‘, now eBay is pursuing me for a transaction fee. According to their guarantee our authentication policy, it is out of my hand when the United States post office takes possession am I right?
