I ordered the wheel bearing over 3 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived and I punch in the order number and it can't even find my order

Mentor1 month agoGo to your Purchase history and locate the item. Look at the estimated delivery date. When it is at least 1 day past that date, but not more than 30 days past, you can file a refund request for Item Not Received. The seller will have 3 days to respond with either a tracking number showing Delivered or refund you in full. If the seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
Is it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.

Mentor1 month agoDid you happen to have made the order as a guest and not on your account? Guest purchases are totally separate from any purchase on your account. If you did then you need to find the confirmation email from eBay and it will have special log in instructions to see the item and open and case or request you need.
