Item Not Received
I ordered an item from an ebay seller that was to arrive by Dec 19th. I received an email from ebay that confirmed the order. Item was not received. Ebay procedures for reporting this problem show that I never ordered the item and that they have no seller listed as ****. How can I contact ebay about this?

·3 years agoLook on your Purchase History. Is the item there? Did you purchase on another account or perhaps a guest account. Were you charged and paid for the item?

OP3 years agoThis message was not helpful. I did find out that Ebay charged my credit card and then reversed the charge - but only found that out when I received my credit card bill. Ebay never notified me that I was not going to receive the item I ordered and never notified me that the charged was reversed.

·3 years agoNot helpful? I think it was. He asked were you charged for the item and your comeback was the charge was reversed.
Apparently the seller cancelled the transaction.
