Item not received

Question

I ordered an item on may 9th and I have not received the item or even a tracking number. When I asked to cancel the order because the seller said they were out of stock they stopped responding and declined my cancel request. Then when I told them I would open a case they said the item already shipped and I asked for a tracking number and they said it was still processing and that’s been more than three days ago. Now the seller won’t respond. I want a refund.

Go to your purchase history and find the estimated delivery dates for the item. You can open an item not received 1 day after the last date.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to open the case.
