Item not received
a buyer requested an item not received request. I issued a refund. The item was then delivered to the buyer and I would like it back. I cannot create a return shipping label because the case was closed because I issued a refund. Any ideas how I can get a return shipping label to the buyer because they’ve already been refunded and I want it back.

You cannot force the buyer to return the item.
But -- You should get reimbursed for that refund by eBay since the item shows delivered.
