Item not received
The item was shipped and the tracking number was provide, but there has been no update on the carrier's royal mail website for a week, so the package is probably lost. The buyer reported that he did not receive the item. What should I do?

Mentor4 months agoIf the buyer files an Item Not Received case, respond with the tracking number. If the tracking shows it is still in transit, ebay will give it more time. If item is never received, you will have to refund the buyer in full, and file an insurance claim with Royal Mail.
