Item not received
Item not received, seller sent phony delivery picture, contacted shipping company and not my digits on address. Can’t go any further because not my shipping account. Because it said delivered eBay ruled in seller. Seller keeps sending messages I did send but never provides the actual shipping label. Originally sent in tracking and was told to damages to deliver than all of sudden it supposedly got delivered but some where I don’t know I believe false shipping? What to do the case is closed?

Mentor6 months agoThe important thing to remember is that eBay uses tracking information to prove delivery. Tracking information usually does not show the actual address of the delivery so eBay just sees the package as delivered so you lose the case automatically.
You can now do one of two things. First is to appeal the denial of the not received case on eBay. This would require you to obtain a letter (not an email) from the shipping carrier stating that the address on the label was not your address along with the weight of the package. You would use this letter to appeal the original decision. The second thing you can do is to go to your payment source as see if you can open a charge back. Buyers usually win all charge backs since it is the payment source that determines the outcome not eBay. It also costs the seller an additional fee from eBay for handling the charge back.
