Item not received
I purchased a pair of boots that I paid for Jan 3, 2026. According to the tracking, they were shipped on Jan 5, 2026. I have not received them.
The last tracking update was Jan 9, 2026. They were supposed to be delivered between Jan 7-Jan 13.
I informed the seller and eBay that I have not received them. A case was filed with USPS as well.
EBay placed the matter on hold until Jan 31, 2026.
Jan 31 came and I received another message saying that it was on hold again until Feb 10, 2026.
At this point, I just want my money back. How long am I going to have to wait?
