Hello. Buyer claims Item didn't arrive. Tracking says it was delivered. What do I do?

Mentor9 months agoReply to the buyer with the tracking # and tracking information that proves delivery to their shipping address.
If the buyer files a Refund Request, you will need to reply to the request with the same information.
