Item not received
I sent 2 packages on Saturday 3/1/26 through FedEx and like 2 hours l left the packages in the mail office I received a message the packages were delivered to Pomona California but they were supposed to arrive one in North Carolina and the other to Tennessee. Both buyers have open a claim as item not received. What should I do?

I think you mean you shipped 1/3/26 and not 3/1/26 ...
I currently cannot see your items for sale in this forum but if you normally ship FROM Pomona, CA what can happen when they scan packages is they forget to switch their scanners from the Receiving mode to the Shipping mode. We have seen this happen with USPS.
When you "drop off" packages and don't take the time to have a counter clerk scan them in for you then you are at risk for whatever may happen.
Check the tracking history and see if there are ANY updates since the original scan.
As to the claims you will need to refund the Buyers within the claim's time period. Did you happen to message them beforehand to let them know tracking wasn't registering properly?
Those packages should be getting scans as they travel through the FedEx bulk centers so it is also possible that tracking will update at some point although maybe not before you have to refund the Buyers.
eBay recently implemented a new Seller protection if Seller PRINTS THEIR LABELS THORUGH EBAY: If a Seller loses an INR claim to a Buyer and refunds them through the claim they will receive an eventual reimbursement IF the package is eventually delivered and confirmed delivered through eBay tracking.

OP9 months agoI dropped the packages in NJ but shows delivered both of them in Pomona CA about 3 hours after. The clerk scanned them in front of me but I misplaced the receipt they gave me and I didn’t read it

Wow, that is a major FedEx screw up that could wind up costing you money. Not having the receipt from the counter scan makes it even more of a challenge to get them work it out for you.
