Item not received
I bought an item on eBay prior to making my profile, therefore the order is not associated with my profile. The item never arrived, despite tracking saying that it was delivered a couple of days ago. Talked with the local post office and they said that the tracking number listed on my eBay order is linked to a different package; not my eBay shipment. How do I talk to an actual person to try to resolve this. I'm thinking I've been scammed (which is why I never used eBay in the past). Not pleased with this experience.
