I’m writing you today to file a complaint against seller *** from who I bought the Assassin’s Creed Shadows Collector’s Edition Playstation 5 on the 8 of June 2024. I payed $323.14 US for it and I never received my game. It’s been a long time, I know, but let me tell you my story.
When I bought my Assassin’s Creed Shadows Collector’s Edition Playstation 5 from seller un June 2024, the game wasn’t avaliable. The game’s release was supposed to be in September or October. That is why the game was confirmed pre-order. Everything was fine. At that time, seller was having very good feedbacks. That’s why I had decided to buy my game from him.
October arrived ans Assassin’s Creed fans like me received a bad news. The release of Shadow was postpone to the beginning oy the 2025. On October 25, I wrote to seller to know if I would received my game. He answered me :
«yup! those are still set to ship out as i receive them! so february is the month as it stands»
Every time was fine for me.
First week of December, I had to deal with a new twist. The release of Shadow was postponed to March 20 2025. First I was confident to received Shadow. But as time was passing, I lost my parts confidence. So for the second time (March 10), I contacted seller to know if he still planning to send me my game. He didn’t answered me. I wrote again to him on March 11. He finally wrote me. His answer was rassuring :
«yes hello, this out your way about April 10».
On April 11 I wrote to seller to ask him when he would send me my Assassin’s Creed Shadows Collector’s Edition Playstation 5. He didn’t answered me. I wrote him again on April 12, April 13 and April 14. He never came back to me.
Today on May 1st, I am pretty sure I will never received my game from seller. I’m sad. I really want to add at my Assassin’s Creed game collection the Assassin’s Creed Shadows Collector’s Edition Playstation 5 but also very mad. The seller stole me 323.14$ US. It is more than 500$ un canadian money.
Is anything I can do to get my money back ? In know I bought my game on June 2024 but Assassin’s Creed Shawo was only released on March 20 2025. And the game was «confirmed pre-order». Ans is there anything you can do to protect seller like from ****? Since I bought my game, he received many many bad feedbacks. I dont thing he is a save seller. Something has to be done.
