Item not received.
Looking for some help. I purchased a piece of equipment for my shop and have not received it, I started a request and got in contact with the seller. They stated that it was going to show up 5 days later after they contacted me and asked that I close the request. I did, and still have not received my item. Ebay's robots say they can't help me? Is there anything else I can do?

Mentor1 year ago@6ar2013. I am sorry that you had a bad seller that tricked to into closing the case. Unfortunately once you close a refund request you cannot open a new one.
Your only option now is going to be a item not received refund request with PayPal ,if that is how you paid, or a charge back with your bank or credit card.
