Item not received
I sent an item tracked but the buyer is saying he hasn’t received it even though he had a email saying it was delivered to him. Is it down to me to chase this and find out where it is or is it down to him ? He has tracking number

And that tracking says delivered. You don't have to chase it down. If the buyer opens a claim with eBay for Item Not Received, then you upload the tracking number into the case and that's the name of that tune, case closed.
