Item not received
Ordered an electric skateboard, details attached, and system unable to report that it was not received since I asked prior to cancel order.

Mentor3 years agoAccording to your screen shot, you filed a Returns Request. If you never received the item, that was the wrong case to file. You have nothing to return. You should have filed an Item Not Received case, as soon as 1 day past the estimated delivery date. I suggest you try contacting Customer Service to see if they can change the case for you.
