Item not received

The post office marked the item as delivered, but I didn't receive anything, is there anything I can do?

It is not the responsibility of the seller nor ebay to refund you if the tracking number/scans show the item as "DELIVEREDâ€. You must take on the responsibility of locating the item:

Check the area around the mail box/front door/your entire property
Check with your neighbors to see if the package was mis-delivered
Contact the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.), provide the tracking number, and ask them to investigate exactly where the item was delivered using their GPS technology.

The item may have been stolen after delivery in which case you should report the possible theft to your local law enforcement. In case of theft, contact your homeownerâ€™s insurance if the item is worth more than your deductible or you have already met your deductible.
