Has anyone else encountered ebay putting their case on hold twice??????
I have waited nearly ONE MONTH to receive my item. When I inquired about it, it was put on HOLD for two weeks. Still have not received it, so ebay has put another 2-week HOLD on it. This makes nearly ONE MONTH since I placed my order!
Any help out there????

What was the estimated delivery date on the order shown in your Purchase History? Was the item coming from a location affected by one of the severe weather events we've had? Was there an explanation that eBay gave you for the hold?

OP1 year agoNo explanation! We just have terrible, awful Post Office service anywhere close to Atlanta, GA. If you have anything going through a processing station anywhere in close proximity to Atlanta, forget about it! LOL! I have ordered a ton recently on ebay and things have been delayed, but not to this extent.

Well that's the reason for the holds. The Palmetto processing hub has had significant problems that have made national news. eBay is allowing more time for the package to get to you as a result rather than penalize the seller. I know the delay in receiving either your package or a refund is inconvenient and frustrating, but in a situation like this, eBay has apparently decided this is the best solution. Just try to be patient and focus on other things.
(Surprisingly, as a seller, my shipments all go through Palmetto, and I have experienced only one delay out of thousands, but apparently I've just been lucky.)
