I ordered a item 380.00 (as a guest) I have order number and item number and tried to make claim but I can't get through to anyone cause I ordered as a guest and can't make claim... it's crazy weird

Sign out of your Ebay account.

Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
Select View order details in the body of the email.
Select Contact seller.
Select I haven't received my item yet.
Fill in the details and then hit Submit.

If the seller does not cooperate or does not respond, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you get a refund:

To access your request details, you can either:

From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details

From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request or an Item Not Received case.
