Item not Received

Question

I ordered an item from an eBay seller and he shipped it on February 14th. The problem is it is still at the shipping facility since February 14th which is 1460 miles away from me. It hasn't moved at all from the day it was originally shipped.

I have asked the seller to step in and see if he can resolve it or help it along, but he refuses to do anything on his end of it. I have contacted eBay also which was of no help at all. I even filed a 'Item not Received' request with no help on that either. Since it was past the 50-day mark, they cannot/will not do anything. I even went to my local post office, and they said to contact the seller or eBay, which I have done.

I'm very frustrated with all this. What can I do to resolve this? Can anyone help or give me good advice?

@gadzookster I am sorry you waited too long to ask for help. You only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay. If you had filed one in that time period eBay would have required to seller to refund you.

Now your only options are a chargeback with your funding source.
