item not received
I received a partial package. I ordered 2 showbox and event though the packaging say 2 sent I only received 1 box. I tries too many times to get in touch with someone at EBay without success. Do they really help the customers? I am answering empteen (very many) questions to a robot but most of the questions do not help me and therefore the robot can't do anything. Did any one had the same problems? if so can you help me to overcome them? Claire

My response was not confusing.
If you ordered 2 items, and only received 1, did you contact the seller and tell them that you only received 1 instead of 2?
Did you file a Return Request on Ebay since you only received one half of your order?

OP2 years agoI couldn't do any of then. Ebay is terrible to get hold off, and the seller apparently does not exist. I try Google and I got no answer. The seller is Milicooper. It is a Auto Company??

The seller has to exist if you purchased from them recently.
