Item not received
a customer purchased an item .later they sent me a message that they failed to change the address. I had mailed the package out. They contacted me about a refund and threatened to give me a bad review. I contacted the post office who told me if they put a change of address in they will get the package later. What should I do? Ebay has not contacted me back. I never had a. Issue like this.

Mentor2 years agoAs long as you shipped to the address on file with eBay, you should be fine. You can report their threatening message to eBay through the message itself. After the estimated delivery date has passed, the Buyer can open an Item Not Received case. If the item was delivered to their old address, just enter the tracking in the case. Do not refund them.
