item not received,
Seller is requesting I close the case before I receive my item, should I comply? I'm thinking if I still don't receive, can I reopen another "not received" case?

Mentor2 years agoNo you should not close the case as you cannot open another one. However, cases do not stay open forever and will automatically close after about two weeks. If it is past the last estimated delivery date for the item as shown in your purchase history then ask eBay to step in and refund you. If you do receive the item later you can make arrangements to repay the seller. This repayment would have to occur off eBay as eBay has no way to reverse a refund.
