eBay helps those who help themselves ... (with all due respect to the Almighty 😉) ... meaning that we have to file a CLAIM from our Purchase History in order for eBay to know we're in trouble. [Not all sellers use tracking, so eBay has no way of knowing about a Brit Funk unless we tell them.]
We have 30 days from the Estimated Delivery Date we were given to file an 'item not received' claim. After that ... we still can get a refund from either PayPal or our credit card company.
PLEASE read eBay's Money Back Guarantee that's at the top of every listing. It will tell you exactly what to do when you don't receive an item OR it is 'not as described' in some way when you do.

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
