Item not received
So I ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered by 10/13/2023...it has not arrived still 10/31/2023. I opened a case eBay had to step in cause no response, eBay places case on hold 10 days from 10/21-10/31 now 10/31 eBay places another 10 day hold. How many of these 10 day holds until we realize it's not coming?

If there's recent movement, they could put the case on hold to see if it gets delivered.
