Item not received
An item I ordered was not delivered. Tracking information says it was. I contacted seller and they said it was delivered. I contacted Ebay and they said the seller provided proof that it was delivered. The only proof they could have is the same tracking information that I have. I paid for an item and never received it. I just either want the item or a refund. But I cant get any help.

Mentor3 years agoYou need to ask the carrier for help to locate your package.
If sent through the mail, go to your PO with the tracking # and ask the clerk to look up the delivery. The scanners have gps, so they can see exactly where the package was delivered. If mis-delivered, the carrier should try to retrieve the package.
If sent ups or fedex, call their 800 # for help.
