item not picked up at local post office
I shipped an item, it was not delivered "unsecure location" and buyer was left notice to pick up at local post office. She was given at least 2 notices by the post office, and at least one by me. She still did not pick it up. After one month there, it is now being returned to sender. I will refund the cost of the item, but should I refund the shipping costs? It seems to be her fault for not picking it up.
