Item not ordered.
Help! Ordered a product from a seller that arrived late after we went on a vacation. We purchased the item from someone else. When we returned home, we received two packages, one we had not ordered. The place that sent the items also sent a letter requesting a credit card number to complete the order with a new charge for the items. We have received two different letters so far. We looked at the product that we ordered from the seller and it looks like a knock off. We would like to get these items out of the house but communication is poor with the seller. What should we do?

If the other item is not authentic, you can
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
