hi got a message item delivered to Glendale heights use coming to uk through e bay global since then 6 days no info no movement no tracking number appeared yet who do I complain to , e bay rubbish to contact I have more chance of talking to the Loch Ness monster than e bay

@legpeg All you can do is watch for the tracking to update. It might be slow getting out of the US since we are having major postal service delay issues in parts of the country.

Look for the LAST estimated delivery date in your purchase history. When it's one day past that date you can file a refund request if the item has not arrived.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
