item not listed that I bought. cant start a return
It seems I bought an item, that I want to return< with a different ID. It is not listed under my account. How do I find the item? Sign in as a guest? How do I do that? Item number on invoice shows nothing listed,

Mentor5 months agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.

When you purchase an item as a guest, it won't be linked to your user ID and will not appear in your Purchase History.
