Item not listed in history
Hi all,
I ordered a car part and my mechanic says it does not work, however when I tried to initiate a return or feedback, the item is not listed in my purchase history. If I click on the seller as that are listed in my confirmation email, they cannot be found. Is there an actual customer service here?

First question is - did you make the purchase with your Ebay account or as a guest?
