item not legit

Question

i purchased a Pixhawk PRO PX4 32 Bit Flight Controller + GPS OLED Module for Autopilot RC Quad, i let some time go by and when i went to work with it i found out that item is not legit, it does not have a serial number, it is not good and i am stuck, why seller do not say that they sell funny stuff? what kind of protection do i have?

You had 30 days protection with ebay

If an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.

After thirty days if you have not filed a case with eBay, or if you have not asked eBay to step in within 21 business days of starting a case, you have waited too long for help from eBay.

You may still have recourse through your payment method. Many credit cards offer some protection for up to six months from the date of purchase, though you may have to pay for return shipping yourself.
