Item not in Package
I've just experienced a bad situation... A buyer of a item (small) requested a refund stating nothing was in the shipping package. I personally packaged and shipped it out myself. So here it is I have no option but to refund the buyer and be out the item I sold. Even If I had taken pictures I don't see an upside as it become my word against a buyers word. Ebay will still take the funds and I end up getting bad feedback.
has anyone dealt with this situation before? suggestions?
