I purchased an item from a seller who charged my credit card but never sent the item, They don't answer contacts and I can't find the item in purchase history. I have the item ID and order number and the sellers Id. I can't seem to connect with a real person from E-bay to talk with about this. Please help.

Mentor2 weeks agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
