Item Not described accurate
I bought a sweatshirt that was not what was described. I got a flimsy, cheap t shirt that cant pass as a sweatshirt. It came from England and seller refuses to pay return ship, even tho Item is not as described in listing
Not even close. This was going to be a gift but it is so cheap and flimsy, Id never gift it to anyone!
and definitely not worth $38
Seller wont refund any shipping costs. I claim it is a fraudulent post, should purport to be a sweatshirt- it is a thin, flimsy tee shirt.
my complaint to ebay was answered by a robot. Automatic form reply from ebay. V disappointing. I cant get thru to any live person at ebay to discuss. Ugn. V disappointed w Ebay
Any tips?

Ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th BUSINESS day after you open the not as described return request if the seller has not refunded you or sent the funds to pay return shipping.

The seller pays return shipping no matter where they are located. The only difference with returns to other countries is they have to send you the $ to your PayPal account to pay return shipping BEFORE you return the item. They can not provide an eBay label.
99% of the time the seller will issue a full refund instead of paying return shipping and then refunding you because return shipping costs too much. Either way YOU receive a full refund. Never pay return shipping and expect to be refunded for it afterwards.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Item is defective", "Arrived damaged", "Missing Parts" OR "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
