Item not delivered yet
I sold an item, shipped the item and it was received and scanned by the US Postal Service. It has not been delivered to the buyer yet and they want a refund.

Mentor5 months agoWhat is the estimated delivery date of the package? The buyer can file an Item Not Received case one day after the last estimated delivery date up to 30 days past that date. Ask the buyer for patience. If you end up refunding, and tracking shows the package is Delivered later, ebay will refund you.
