Item not delivered since payment 58 days ago.
International Seller is unresponsive. I requested a refund within 3 weeks and was refused by the seller. Should I review the seller negatively, or am I just out $73.04. I try to be understanding with all the tariffs and stuff but I am getting pretty irritated. Does anybody have a suggestion?

Mentor4 months ago@home2e-60 You have only 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request on eBay.
Once you file the request if the seller does not respond then you Ask eBay to Step in and help on the 4th business day, but no later than 21 days or the case times out and you lose.
If it is too late for an eBay refund then you need to file a charge back with your payment method. Don't delay as they have time limits too. The payment method will contact eBay and then they force a refund from the sellers account. The seller is charged a much deserved $20 dispute fee too.

OP4 months agoThanks. I guess I tried to be patient for too long. I’ll check with my card company for other options.
