Item not delivered, seller made a fake fedex tracking #
All, i order 4 dozen golf balls. Seller gives me a tracking # that says it is being shipped to my city. The tracking # was to a different person, and zip code(45229) in my city and it apparently weighed 72lbs, golf balls maybe weighed 7lbs, my zip code is 45243.
 
Ebay customer service has now closed the case 2x and not willing to help. They have asked me to contact fedex for a lost item, but the issue is the seller provided a tracking # that never had my name or address on it, i called fedex to confirm this, they obviouslywont share where this fedex package went. Not sure what to do next. The seller has 0% positive feedback and only 2 ratings, was an oversight on my part. I have over 500 positive ratings, im really at a loss here.
