Item not delivered, even though it says that it is.
Any help on what can be done about an item that I paid for, the vendor put the wrong name and address on the label and shipped it but not to me! so, I contact UPS and Ebay but neither one wants to help me because it's saying that it was delivered. No matter that I gave them the tracking number that was giving to me and that I told them that I have video evidence that it never came, I even mentioned to Ebay that I would send it to them and they closed my case!!! And they will not respond to me anymore, this is crazy! Someone please give me some advice on what I could do now to get my refund, the vendor doesn't respond either.
