Item not delivered correctly or stolen
I bought a bluray player, seller shipped with FedEx, the day it says delivered, it is nowhere to be found. I asked around, I checked all over. I wait a few days in case it shows up. When I contact FedEx, they tell me they can geotrack it, but not for me as I'm not their customer. So I ask the seller. He sits on it for a few days and says nothing until I reach out. Tells me it says delivered, talk to ebay. But opening a report just has him again copy paste the basic "it was delivered" and he won't respond to me asking if he asked for geotracking. Now what?!!

I'm very sorry this happened to you. I would call Fedex back. They do use GPS to track packages and they take a picture when they deliver a package, just like UPS does. If you are having trouble getting them to talk with you because you aren't the shipper, reach out to your seller and ask them if they would mind stepping in and helping you to get the information.
