Item not delivered by FEDEX and I am still being charged a fee for the sale. This is robbery by EBAY

I put an item on sale at EBAY. The item was never delivered by FEDEX and not I do not have the item. I do not have the reimbursement of the shipping fee and NOW EBAY is billing me for a commission of a sale that fedex did not deliver and I never received a dime.

Your listings show shipping through USPS.

Did you ship USPS or FedEx?

You are responsible for the item until it reaches the buyer in the condition stated in your listing.

If it gets lost and never delivered, you're responsible for refunding the buyer and Ebay still gets their share.

If it was insured, you file a claim with the carrier.
