Item not delivered, but Purchases does not offer eBay to step in.

Question

Feb 18, items purchased from vendor who is overseas, with an estimated delivery in mid-June. By that time, I am busy taking care of my wife to recover from injuries. I tried contacting the vendor twice, with only a recent response stating they cannot see the order to act, I would have to get eBay to help. Unfortunately, I have no automated assistant (don't know why) or someway to contact eBay. When I find my purchase under purchases - the only options it allows is to sell it or to buy another or add a note.

So, how can I get someone from eBay to get the seller access to those orders and resolve this?

You waited too long to ask for help. Ebay gives you 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file a dispute. Best you can do now if file one with the payment processor. Do it now and don't close or let it expire without asking for help, if no refund.
