The package was lost in the import process, they asked me to wait 3 months for a response that never came, the seller stopped responding to my messages and in the end they did not refund me the purchase or the customs taxes.
It has been extremely difficult to be attended to by someone and the system always fails.
It's been months and I've tried everything with no satisfactory answer.

Mentor5 months ago@adorian_san I am sorry that you were told to wait so long. You only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request case on eBay.
Since you said you paid customs fees it sounds like it might have been an eBay International Shipping Program shipment.
I recommend trying eBay customer service on social media.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

If eBay does not assist you then you will need to file a chargeback with your payment method. Do NOT go to your payment method until you talk to customer service, once you go to your payment method eBay can no no longer assist you.
